Curimae–Vilasia relations treaty

THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS BETWEEN THE EMPIRE OF VILASIA AND THE KINGDOM OF CURIMAE

On this 16th day of April 2023, the Empire of Vilasia and the Kingdom of Curimae, having agreed to establish and develop bilateral ties on the basis of mutual respect, equality and non-interference in each other's internal affairs. As signatories to the Diplomatic Relations, the Parties agree to ratify and implement the agreements, provisions and recognitions contained therein, and to undertake all necessary measures to ensure their full and effective implementation. In recognition of the importance of these relations, the two parties have decided to establish diplomatic relations at the level of ambassadors at the appropriate level.

Both Parties have affirmed their belief in the principles of Human Rights and the necessity of respecting international law, and in particular the principles of sovereignty, territorial integrity, independence and non-interference in each other's internal affairs. By signing this treaty, the Kingdom Of Curimae and the Empire of Vilasia agree to cooperate on the following areas:

Section 1. Both parties recognize the sovereignty, territorial integrity and political independence of each other, and pledge to respect these principles in all dealings between the two nations.

Section 2. Both parties shall immediately establish diplomatic relations at the level of ambassadors, and shall exchange notifications to this effect through their respective diplomatic channels.

Section 3. Both parties shall exchange summits at appropriate levels to discuss and promote bilateral cooperation in various fields, as well as regional and international issues of common concern.

Section 4. Both parties shall respect the sovereignty of each other as prescribed by their constitutions and laws, the rule of law, the declarations as per said by international organisations and conventions, and the rules implemented by their macronations and the United Nations.

Section 5. Both parties declare their commitment to the principles of equality, mutual respect, and non-interference in each other's internal affairs.

Section 6. Both parties shall respect it's Political Beliefs and their form of their Government

Section 7. Both parties recognize the importance of promoting regional and global peace and stability, and agree to work together towards the attainment of these goals.

Section 8. Both parties agree to enhance cooperation in areas of common interest, including trade, investment, tourism, cultural exchange, education, and science and technology.

Section 9. Both parties believe in the value of promoting dialogue and mutual understanding between their peoples, and will encourage such exchanges.

Section 10. Both parties will enhance cooperation in areas of education, culture, and science and technology, by promoting academic exchange, technology transfer, and joint research and development programs.

Section 11. Both parties shall establish a Joint Committee on Science and Technology to explore and develop opportunities for cooperation in science and technology.
