Royal Proclamation No. 003-2025

By the Grace of Sovereignty and in the Interest of Truth

Let it be known, by the authority vested in this Crown and in the presence of the undersigned sovereign authority, that:

We do hereby declare and proclaim the following:

I. That the individual known as Rameses Casten is not recognized, in any capacity or under any title, as Chief Micropatriologist, nor is he acknowledged to hold any position of official distinction, endorsement, or affiliation within the realm of micropatrology under our sovereign purview.

II. Any claims, representations, or insinuations made by said individual asserting such title or status are deemed null, void, and without merit within all territories, dominions, and jurisdictions governed by this authority.

III. All subjects and allied states are instructed to refrain from acknowledging or validating any such titles or assertions put forth by the said Rameses Casten, in keeping with the dignity of truth and the order of rightful recognition.
