Protocol for adjusting to the June 2025 escalation of the HIV pandemic

Executive Order no. 1. s. 2025, issued June 3, 2025

Whereas, the Philippine health department reported a 500% increase in HIV/AIDS cases in June 2025. This is highly alarming, given the lack of cure for the viral infection.

Whereas, the Royal Government of Curimae has a duty to defend people's health.

Wherefore, the Royal Government of Curimae hereby declares a state of emergency effective immediately—

Section 1. All Curimean citizens shall undergo an HIV test at least once a month or as what their corresponding macronational local governments so desire or allow. Curimean citizens shall follow the orders of macronational health authorities about their test results.

Section 2. Sexual activities of any kind are restricted to participants who know each other and have tested negative in the last 30 days. Procreative sex is prohibited regardless of the civil status of the participants due to the risk of HIV transmission to the fetus.

Section 3. The Royal Government shall inform the public on the importance of contraceptives. The Royal Government shall ensure public confidence in contraceptives.

Section 4. This order applies to the whole micronation and is valid for 60 days since the issue date.
