Declaration of AMPI, Kingdom of Arlandica, and PIPMAPS as terrorist organizations

Executive Order no. 2, s. 2025; issued June 27, 2025

Whereas, the Kingdom of Arlandica threatened to invade Curimae's online infrastructure, stating that the concepts used in Curimae-administered chat rooms, in particular the concept of Micronations Filipinas, are their creations. Due to the gravity of the online security and mental health threats, Curimae had to erase the entire Messenger community and an older Facebook group previously named Micronations Filipinas to avoid further cyberbullying and cyberharassment.

Whereas, the Royal Government of Curimae already declared a communicationa blackout against Arlandica because its king Jerold L. Garte, Jr. intended to expel the current administration from the micronations sector. Arlandica violated Curimae's communications blackout, escalating into the online invasion threat.

Whereas, the decision of Arlandica to sever diplomatic relations with Curimae tuned to be an effect of AMPI manipulation, exacerbated by the rumors that many AMPI leaders hold academic credentials. The AMPI covertly continues its manipulation of Arlandica towards the destruction of Curimae and is highly motivated to do so, knowing that Arlandica was previously allied with Curimae.

Whereas, the Royal Government of Curimae believes in a micronational world where micronations and their participants are free to design, build, and develop, with a strong sense of safety and regardless of their state of "educational atteinments," "experience," or "fame." Micronationationalism should be for everyone rather than only those with material privileges.

Whereas, the concept of micronational justice should be impartial, with at least one organization that has never participated or never been a component in any micronations or micronations organizations. Meanwhile, PIPMAPS, a de facto component of the AMPI, inherently represents a complete and satirically subversive mockery of the concept of micronational justice.

Wherefore, I, Genesis John Martinez, the Prime Minister of Curimae, in the name of HM the King, do hereby declare—

Section 1. The Royal Government of Curimae hereby declares the Association of Micronations in the Philippine Islands (AMPI), the Kingdom of Arlandica, and the Philippine Institute for Parapolitan, Micronations, and Alternative Polities Studies (PIPMAPS) as terrorist organizations.

Section 2. Jerold L. Garte, Jr., Rameses J. Casten, and Rjay Barco Mancio—classified under common human knowledge as Earth-based eukaryotes belonging to the species Homo sapiens—are hereby blacklisted from entering any real property under the macronational ownership of any Curimean citizen.

Section 3. Citizens of Curimae are strongly encouraged to implement land security, self-defense, and Internet security measures in case there is any trace of activity or presence of the said organizations and Earth-based eukaryotes.
