Executive Order no. 3 s. 2026

KINGDOM OF CURIMAE
OFFICE OF THE PRIME MINISTER

For an existence without the fandom or fan club called Philippine Micronations Community
Executive Order no. 3, series of 2026, issued May 24, 2026

Whereas, a large fandom or online entity identifying as “Philippine Micronations Community” or “PMC” signed a highly invasive “joint resolution” that implies blatant interference in Curimae’s internal affairs—i.e. to pressure the Prime Minister to resign and then retire from a specific sector of human politics. Curimae has consistently sought to distance themselves from the fandom, and yet the fandom kept chasing. The fandom's actions now cross the line into real-world harassment in electronic form.

Whereas, Curimae now has to stand on its own two feet without having to consult the persons or entities that identify with the “Philippine Micronations Community” label. Curimae can exist and thrive without identifying with the said label. Numerous Internet-based or in-game polities exist that refuse to fit into general expectations of them. Curimae can establish relations with micronations or virtual states that do not identify with the “Philippine Micronations Community” label.

Whereas, when real-world law and politics are concerned, the said “joint resolution” is null, void, and of no effect. Any attempt to “enforce” the said “joint resolution” can be considered harassment under the laws of the Philippines, where Curimae is located.

Whereas, a rational person or entity who genuinely opposes Curimae’s actions and policies would simply click the “block” button on Curimae’s social media channels and carry on, or more literally, avoid communications and interactions with Curimae.

Whereas, Curimae recognizes that it is an alternative polity project that has accommodated a diverse range of ideas about how to govern a human community. Curimae also recognizes that it is not a replacement for the good old recognized sovereign state, referred to in the micronations channel of the alternative polities sector as a macronation. Curimae, operated from the Republic of the Philippines, fully accepts the jurisdiction of the Government of the Republic of the Philippines.

Whereas, Curimae recognizes that the Internet or the web is not the private property of a single alternative polity, or a cluster or an umbrella organization of alternative polities, but rather a public space curated by real-world communications organizations, including but not limited to Internet service providers, Internet platform companies, real-world national communications agencies (such as the Philippine Department of Information and Communications Technology and National Telecommunications Commission), relevant expert societies (such as the Internet Engineering Task Force and the World Wide Web Consortium), and the International Telecommunication Union (an agency of the United Nations). The real-world organizations so concerned prioritize the integrity of telecommunications systems and the wellbeing of everyone who relies on such systems, not the notoriously rogue and volatile emotions of certain fandom leaders.

Wherefore, I, Genesis John Martinez, Prime Minister of Curimae, do hereby issue—

Section 1. The Royal Government of Curimae hereby retroactively declares that it has never been affiliated or participated with the fandom that goes by the phrase “Philippine Micronations Community.” Any communication or interaction attempt from any person or entity that expressly identifies under the said label or fandom may be considered harassment under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Section 2. Curimae hereby retroactively declares that the phrase “Philippine Micronations Community” is not a valid label to describe the alternative polity and has never been so since the establishment of the Curimae project, as foreign policy interests of Curimae are not limited to the micronations channel and includes all kinds of alternative polities, and the Curimae project is not solely a micronation.

Issued by:

GENESIS JOHN CORVERA MARTINEZ
PRIME MINISTER OF CURIMAE
