Royal Decree no. 18

A Royal Decree Regulating the Citizenship Application

Whereas, there is a need to regulate the citizenship application in the Micronation to prevent spies and feeble-minded from joining;

Whereas, this decree shall be the standards of rules and regulations to be followed when applying, filing, or approving citizenship applications;

Now, therefore, I, King Bonifacius Adrianus, reigning monarch of the Kingdom of Curimae, through my absoluta virtute, do hereby decree—

Section 1. This decree shall be known as "Citizenship Law."

Section 2. All citizens of Curimae at the effectivity of this decree and all persons who applied for and acquired for Curimean citizenship after the effectivity of this decree shall be officially given Curimean citizenship in accordance to the 2018 Constitution.

Section 3. The King through the Office of Royal Affairs is in the authority in application and acquisition of Curimean citizenship. A standard application form shall be created and shall be filled up and submitted to the authority by an applicant. The application shall be decided by the King. Applications which are approved or rejected within three (3) working days shall be deemed approved by the King.

Section 4. A Curimean citizen shall follow the law and rules created and implemented by the state and government at all times.

Section 5. All citizens of Curimae regardless of its residence shall be entitled to suffrage and freedom of movement subject to prescribed immogration laws and laws of transportation.

Section 6. All citizens shall enjoy all the benefits set forth by the state and the government subject to some limitations as determined by additional legislation.

Section 7. This royal decree shall take effect immediately.

In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Kingdom of Curimae to be affixed.
