Royal Decree no. 24
A Royal Decree Revoking the Provisions of Royal Decrees no. 22 and 23
Whereas, the COVID-19 relates cases lowered since the issue of Royal Decree no. 22;
Whereas, the economy is returning to normalcy and the pandemic is reduced to a controlled disease;
Whereas, the State would like to return to the people the lost time both in economy and education;
Whereas, the King had decided to place the entire State into a normal COVID-19 free policy;
Now, therefore, I, King Bonifacius Adrianus I, reigning monarch of the Kingdom of Curimae, through my absoluta virtute, do hereby decree—
Section 1. This decree shall be known as "COVID-19 Free Micronation Law of 2023."
Section 2. All establishments of all forms shall return to its normal function and 100% capacity.
Section 3. Liquor Ban shall be lifted; however the Local Government Units shall not be deprived of their freedom to declare such if needed.
Section 4. Minimum health standards shall be maintained. Wearing of mask and face shield shall constitute the minimum protective equipment of non-health care worker. Health care workers shall, during their official duties, wear complete set of PPE in accordance to the standards of World Health Organization.
Section 5. The Operations of the Royal University of Curimae shall resume within the second quarter of 2023 or upon the decision of the Chancellor.
Section 6. Royal Decrees no. 22 and 23 shall be declared null and void.
Section 7. This royal decree shall take effect immediately.
In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Kingdom of Curimae to be affixed.
