Royal Decree no. 15

A Royal Decree Creating the Administrative Code of Curimae

Whereas, there is a need to set guidelines for the creation of legislations so as to avoid confusion between the Office of Royal Affairs and the National Assembly.

Whereas, this Code is to ensure that legislations are in place and created in an organized manner.

Whereas, the King had decided to create the Administrative code to adhere to the mandate of the 2018 Constitution.

Now, therefore, I, King Bonifacius Adrianis I, reigning monarch of the Kingdom of Curimae, through my absoluta virtute, do hereby decree—

Section 1. This decree shall be known as "the Administrative Code of 2018."

Section 2. Administration shall be defined as the general leadership of the Micronation that includes the King, the Prime Minister, Officers, Ministers, Members of the National Assembly, and Heads of State and Government Agencies.

Section 3. Legislation shall be defined as a written text organized in a manner understandable to the reader enacted by a legislative body or entity which is composed of standards of actions, rules, regulations, and guidelines that is set forth to standardize, regulate, and guide the citizens of a Micronation in their everyday operation.

Section 4. Decree shall be defined as a type of legislation issued by the Monarch of Curimae and shall be above any type of legislation. It shall be only amended, modified, repealed, or reversed by a similar decree.

Section 5. Act shall be defined as a type of legislation enacted by the National Assembly that may affect the micronation as s whole or pqrt thereof. It shall not surpass or supersede any decree imposed by the Monarch.

Section 6. The first line of the legislation shall bear the name "Kingdom of Curimae" in bold letters and in font size 30. The second line shall bear the name of the legislative body, in font size 20, either "Office of Royal Affairs" in the case of Decrees, or "National Assembly" in the case of Acts. The third line, in font size 18, shall bear the name of the place in where the legislation took place. A single blank space, in font size 18, shall separate the Royal Decree Number or Act Number. The Royal Decree Number or Act Number shall in bold letters and font size 18. A single blank space, fit for font size 18, shall separate the Royal Decree Number or the Act Number line from the title line. The title line shall be in bold letters and in font size 12. Title shall follow the pattern where in case of a Royal Decree—"A Royal Decree. . ."—and in the case of an Act—"An Act. . ." A single space, fit for font size 18, shall separate the title from the "Whereas Section." The "Whereas Section" shall be the place of the legislation where reasons for the creation of the legislation is depicted. Reasons shall be relevant to the legislation. The "Whereas" and "Now" shall be in bold letters. After the "Whereas Section," a single space fit for font size 11 shall be employed to separate it from the "Main Body Section." The "Main Body Section" shall be the main body of the legislation where the intentions turned into legislation are displayed. This section is wherr rules and regulations are displayed which are divided into specific sections and articles if such sections require further hierarchy of organization.

The first section of the "Main Body Section" shall signify the general intention of the legislation. Subsequent sections shall further explain the rules and regulations. The second to the last section shall define any repealing clause and nullifications to any existing legislation as a whole or parts thereof duly defined in that same section. The last section shall explain the date of its effectivity. After the "Main Body Section," a singlr blank space fit for font size 11 shall separate it from the "In Witness Whereof Section." The "In Witness Whereof Section" shall be the power and authority of the legislative entity. After the "In Witness Whereof Section," a single blank space fit for size 11 shall separate it from the "Done Section." The "Done Section" is the place where the document was signed including the date of signing. The five spaces below the "Done Section," each in font size 11, shall bear the name of the signatory, first with his title next to his name. Below the Signatory Line is the representation of the signatory where in case of the King is Kingdom of Curimae and in the case of the Prime Minister is the National Assembly. A signature of the signatory shall be displayed in the spaces provided above the Signatory Line.

Section 7. Heads of Offices and Agencies may issue their "Memoranda" in the same pattern to the creation of "Royal Decrees" or "Acts" as described in the previous section.

Section 8. This royal decree shall take effecf immediately.
